Privacy Policy

PathAfter is designed to avoid collecting sensitive personal details. The checklist does not ask for names, Social Security numbers, death certificate numbers, addresses, bank account numbers, or private medical details.

1. Information you choose on the page

The app may use your selected relationship, county, route/scenario, urgent-care checkboxes, document checklist status, and task progress to display a customized checklist.

2. Local browser storage

Progress is saved in your browser using localStorage. This data stays on that device/browser unless you clear it. It is not an account and it does not sync across devices.

3. Hosting logs

If PathAfter is hosted through a platform such as Cloudflare Workers, the hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser, device information, requested URL, timestamps, and error data to deliver and secure the site.

4. Fonts and third-party requests

PathAfter now uses system fonts only in the public build. The checklist pages do not load Google Fonts or third-party font files.

5. No sale of personal information

PathAfter does not sell personal information. This beta does not include advertising trackers, user accounts, or payment checkout.

6. Free tools and optional paid tools

The checklist, county pages, FAQ answers, timeline, phone scripts, and current printouts are free to use and will remain free. PathAfter may add optional paid downloads, co-branded resource pages, or deeper organization tools later. Using the free site does not require an account, payment, or email address.

7. Clearing your progress

Use the Clear progress button in the app or clear site data in your browser to remove local checklist progress. This does not erase browser history; use a private browser window when using a shared device.

8. Optional email contact

You do not need to email us or create an account to use PathAfter. If you choose to email us, your message is handled through email and may be used to respond, review corrections, or improve the site. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, private medical records, or full identity documents by email.
